The homeowner contacted us about building a new vacation home to replace the one that was already on the current location. This was the second project the client has had us do.

Features
Water Work
One challenging aspect of this job was building on the water. The property owner had all the posts and treated joists put in place, and we built this new house in the same location as the old house.
Quality Components
The decking is a durable composite decking, and heavy timbers were used for the porches and roof.
Finish Work
Brecknock did the decorative beams, windows, trim, decking, cedar ceilings, and more. This retreat even had some custom exterior doors.
